R & R Unique event creations (Rare Designs by Neisha) was formed and inspired by Ronda Duncan. Which stands for Ronda & Rahneisha. They spent their quality running their own jewelry business and crafting. Ronda always had a passion for running her own business. She was very crafty and passed it onto her daughter Rahneisha. They would go to their local craft store and use their imagination to turn little things into something amazing. R & R unique event creations was formed after Ronda passed away from breast cancer. Rahneisha was inspired to keep a connection between her and her mother.
